Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your gear as much as we do, so if your party outfit isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to pull up your purchase history.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to send back and let us know if you would prefer a direct exchange for a different size or a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then place your items in the original shipping bag or a similar secure mailer.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive it, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
